Dr. Rafael Chiong

Dr. Chiong received his medical degree from the School of Medicine in Havana, Cuba. With 46 years of experience, he joined the Pasteur medical team in 2006. He completed his residency at Mayaguez Medical Center, in Puerto Rico.
