Jacqueline Fernández, M.D.

Dr. Fernandez received her medical degree in 1987 from the Higher Institute of Medical Services of Villa Clara in Cienfuegos, Cuba. Her postdoctoral in family training took place at the Labor and Teaching Polyclinic in Cuba. Dr. Fernandez has been with Wellmax since 2005.
